The Best Place in the World to Build a Team

 Sailing is one of the best and most rewarding ways to get to know your colleagues better. On this one day sailing voyage you become fully fledged crew members the minute you step onboard. Within hours you will be sailing the boat yourself,and working together to undertake a series of sailing missions and sharing a fun and memorable experience with your colleagues.
As you sail away together away from the pressure of work you will find new insights and develop new relationships.
Sailing is a true team activity: total interdependence; multiple roles and task demands;
constantly changing conditions; challenging; involving and memorable. It is also great fun and a true adventure.
